Q: What is Fable Poker?
A: Fable Poker is an AI-powered educational app for learning poker strategy and game theory. It provides personalized coaching, hand history analysis, and interactive game theory simulations.
Q: Is this real money gambling?
A: No. All poker games use virtual chips for educational purposes only. No real money is involved. You cannot buy, sell, or exchange chips for real currency. This is purely an educational tool.
Q: What data does the app collect?
A: We collect your email and user ID for account management, and product interaction data to personalize your learning experience. We do NOT collect your name, phone number, location, or any sensitive personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Q: How do I delete my account or request deletion of my data?
A: Open Settings in the app and choose Delete Account (in Fable Preflop Trainer it is under Settings > Danger zone). No longer have the app? Email support@fablepoker.com from the address on the account and we will delete the account and its data within 30 days. This will permanently remove all your data including hand histories, chat logs, and preferences. This action cannot be undone.
Q: Which AI model powers the coaching?
A: The app uses a state-of-the-art AI assistant trained to provide accurate poker strategy advice. It uses advanced language understanding to analyze your questions and provide personalized coaching.
Q: Can I use this app in my country?
A: The app is available in most countries. It's an educational tool, not a gambling app. However, availability may vary by region. Check your device's app store to see if Fable Poker is available in your location.
Q: What age do I need to be to use this app?
A: You must be 17 or older due to simulated gambling content in our educational games. This age requirement is in accordance with App Store guidelines.
Q: Is my data sold to third parties?
A: No. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We use third-party service providers for hosting and development, but these providers are bound by strict data protection agreements. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Q: How much does the app cost?
A: Every app is free to download. Fable Preflop Trainer is entirely free. Fable Poker Coach and Fable Poker Analytics offer optional auto-renewing monthly subscriptions (Coach from $4.99, Analytics from $14.99) bought through the App Store, Google Play or our web store; Fable Solver is $8.99/mo or $70/yr. Nothing is charged without you choosing a plan, and every plan can be cancelled any time from the store you bought it in.
Q: What are the interactive games?
A: The app includes several educational games to teach game theory concepts:
  • Kuhn Poker: The simplest poker game to understand GTO basics
  • Leduc Poker: A slightly more complex game to explore betting strategies
  • Dice Game: Learn about expected value and probability
  • Rock Paper Scissors: Understand mixed strategies and Nash equilibrium
Q: How do I enter hand histories?
A: Hand histories are entered with AI agent assistance, not uploaded as files. The AI helps you input hand details through voice or text. Once entered, your hand histories can be copied to your device clipboard and shared from the app. The AI analyzes your decisions and provides feedback on how you played the hand and suggests alternative lines.
Q: Does the app work offline?
A: Some features require an internet connection, particularly the AI coaching. However, you can access previously loaded content and some interactive games offline.
Q: I found a bug. How do I report it?
A: Please email us at support@fablepoker.com with details about the bug, including what you were doing when it occurred, your device model, and app version (found in Settings > About).

Fable Solver (desktop)

Self-help for the desktop solver and its license key. If none of this fixes it, email support@fablepoker.com with your purchase email and license key.

Where is my license key?
It was emailed to the address you used at checkout, right after payment, with the subject "Your Fable Solver License Key". Search that inbox (and its spam folder) for "Fable Solver". If you paid with a different address than you expected, the key went to the checkout address.
How do I activate?
Install Fable Solver from the downloads page, open it, and paste the license key from your purchase email when prompted. One key activates up to 2 machines.
"This license is already active on 2 machines"
Each license covers 2 machines at a time, and it is transferable. On the computer you no longer use, open Fable Solver, choose Solver > License from the menu bar, then Deactivate this machine - and activate on the new one. If the old machine is gone or will not start, email support and we will free the slot.
"Your Fable Solver license has expired"
Your subscription lapsed, so solving is paused. Start a new one at fablepoker.com/solver-renewal. Renewing issues a NEW license key by email - paste that new key into the solver to activate.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to fablepoker.com/solver-renewal#manage, enter your purchase email, and we will send you a secure link to update your payment method, view your invoices, or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal - your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. (Subscriptions bought inside the mobile apps are managed in the App Store or Google Play instead.)

Troubleshooting

App is slow or unresponsive
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, check your internet connection and ensure you're running the latest version of the app.
Can't sign in
Make sure you're using the correct email and password. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen. Check your spam folder for the reset email.
AI responses are delayed
The first request may take a few seconds (1-2 seconds) due to "cold start" on our backend servers. Subsequent requests should be faster. This is normal behavior for serverless applications.
