1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fable Poker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Description of Service
Fable Poker is an educational app designed to teach poker strategy and game theory concepts. The App includes:
- AI-powered coaching and strategy advice
- Hand history analysis tools
- Interactive game theory simulations
- Educational poker games using virtual chips only
IMPORTANT: This App is for educational purposes only. It does NOT involve real money gambling, wagering, or any form of monetary transactions.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
- You must provide a valid email address
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must not share your account with others
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4.2 Account Security
- Use a strong, unique password
- Enable two-factor authentication if available
- We are not liable for losses due to compromised credentials
4.3 Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from the app’s Settings screen (Delete Account; in Fable Preflop Trainer it sits under Settings > Danger zone)
- We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
5. Subscription Services and Billing
5.1 Subscription Tiers
Fable Poker offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions provide enhanced features and increased access to AI coaching services. Subscription details, pricing, and features are displayed in the App prior to purchase.
5.2 Billing
How you are billed depends on where you bought your subscription.
Purchases made inside the mobile apps (Apple App Store / Google Play):
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection)
- Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
Purchases made on our website or web store (processed by Stripe), including Fable Solver:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) to the payment method you gave at checkout
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel
- You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, at https://fablepoker.com/solver-renewal#manage - enter your purchase email and we will send a secure link to our payment provider's billing portal, where you can update your payment method, view your invoices, or cancel
- Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not end your current billing period: your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again
- If we cannot collect a payment, we may suspend the subscription and any associated software license until payment succeeds
5.3 Refunds
App store purchases:
- Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) according to their respective refund policies
- We do not process refunds for app store purchases directly; please contact the respective app store for refund inquiries
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are not provided
Website / web store purchases (processed by Stripe):
- We are the merchant of record for these purchases, so refund requests come to us at support@fablepoker.com rather than to an app store
- First purchase: if you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@fablepoker.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full
- Renewals: a renewal charge is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of the charge. After that the charge is final, and partial refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period are not provided
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Any software license tied to a refunded purchase is deactivated
- We may decline repeated refund requests on the same account, or requests we reasonably believe are abusive
- Cancelling a subscription is not a refund: it stops future renewals and leaves the period you have already paid for intact (see 5.2)
- Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your country
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle following the notice period. Continued use of paid features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Usage Limits and Fair Use
Our AI coaching service is powered by third-party AI providers. To ensure quality service for all users and maintain service sustainability, the following usage policies apply:
6.1 Monthly Usage Allocation
- Each subscription tier includes a monthly AI coaching message allocation
- The number of coaching messages available varies based on your subscription tier
- Due to the variable nature of AI responses, exact message counts may vary; we provide approximate ranges (typically 50-150 coaching messages per month for standard plans)
- Unused allocation does not roll over to the following month
6.2 Usage Notifications
- You will receive in-app notifications when approaching your monthly usage limit
- Upon reaching your limit, AI coaching features may be temporarily restricted until your next billing cycle
- You may have the option to upgrade your subscription tier for additional usage
6.3 Fair Use Policy
- Usage that significantly exceeds typical patterns or disrupts service for other users may result in temporary throttling
- Automated, scripted, or bot-driven usage of AI coaching features is prohibited
- We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice to users
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for real money gambling or illegal activities
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
- Use the App if you are under 17 years old
- Create multiple accounts to abuse features or circumvent usage limits
- Share, sell, or transfer your account
- Upload offensive, harmful, or illegal content
- Harass other users or our support team
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the App
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content in the App is owned by Fable Poker or our licensors, including:
- App design, code, and features
- Trademarks, logos, and branding
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, educational purposes only.
8.2 User Content
You retain ownership of hand histories and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:
- Process and analyze your data to provide coaching services
- Store your data securely on our servers
- Display your data back to you in the App
We will NOT share your user content publicly or with third parties without your consent.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 "As Is" Provision
ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY FABLE POKER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE APP, FABLE SOLVER, AI COACHING, AND ALL RELATED SOFTWARE, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 Refunds
Refunds are governed by Section 5.3, which states the policy for each purchase channel. For app store purchases, refund requests are subject to the respective app store's policies. For purchases made on our website or web store, see the web-direct terms in Section 5.3. Cancelling a subscription is not a refund; it stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
9.3 Educational Purpose Only
- The App provides educational content only
- Poker strategies may not guarantee success in real games
- We are not responsible for your poker playing decisions or outcomes
9.4 No Guarantee of Accuracy
- AI coaching is based on general strategies and may not be optimal for all situations
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of coaching advice
- Game theory content is simplified for educational purposes
9.5 No Endorsement of Gambling
- We do not encourage or endorse real money gambling
- You are responsible for complying with gambling laws in your jurisdiction
- Use of this App does not constitute legal or financial advice
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for losses resulting from poker playing decisions
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fable Poker, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of applicable laws
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We will notify you of material changes via:
- In-app notification
- Email to your registered address
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:
- Informal Negotiation: Contact legal@fablepoker.com to resolve disputes informally
- Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fable Poker regarding your use of the App.
